Congratulations to Middle Tennessee State University

I was reading such a good article in the university’s student newspaper that I feel compelled to congratulate the student newspaper on such a good article that was recently published.
The article points out that although an on-campus women’s health clinic provides free condoms, MTSU placed in the bottom 10 of the 139 colleges ranked in the nation. The report is called the Trojan Sexual report Card.
